Harsh, is a certified facilitator, life and business coach, Transactional Analyst, BELBIN accredited consultant and an Advance E-DISC administrator. He has over 37 years of work experience which include two decades in the Indian Air Force and over decade and half in the corporate sector. He has held many leadership positions in the Air Force and the Corporate sector such as Vice President L&D, Vice president Business HR and President HR. His passion includes developing people and ensuring they remain motivated to deliver their best, always. Being a team player himself, he always focus on developing teams. Harsh is recipient of '25 Best Training & Development Professional of India award' in 2103 and '101 Best L&D professionals' in 2018 from World HRD Congress.
